SEA Free Fire World Series peaks at 681,910 viewers

Southeast Asia’s Free Fire World Series 2026 Fall reached a peak of 681,910 concurrent viewers during Round 11 of the Grand Final, setting a new regional record. The Grand Final took place at Tunjungan Plaza Convention Hall in Surabaya, Indonesia, after earlier rounds were held online.

Eighteen teams from the region competed for eight qualification spots to the Free Fire World Series – Global Finals 2026. Round 11 featured seven teams eligible for Champion Rush Points, including RRQ Kazu and ONIC Olympus, which coincided with the peak audience. Team Falcons’ Thai roster won the round that extended the finals. Bigetron by Vitality won the tournament, becoming the first Champion Rush Point Eligible team to secure a Booyah in the finals.

Event metrics show the fall edition outperformed the spring split’s peak concurrent viewership by about 13.79%. The number of unique channels broadcasting the tournament rose from 133 in spring to 290 for the fall edition. Watch time for Indonesian-language streams increased by 50.1% and Vietnamese-language streams by 37.1% compared with the spring event.

Platform trends shifted during the fall edition. TikTok and YouTube remained the largest sources of live viewers. Watch time on Kick rose sharply, from roughly 5,600 hours in spring to about 100,000 hours in fall. Growth on Kick was supported in part by Hindi- and Nepali-language channels, where creators such as Shivam “nonstopgaming” Rathi and Renice “renzyyhoraa” Shrestha drew significant hours.

Bigetron’s title run included a penalty during the Point Rush stage: the team was docked 10 points and forfeited 5% of its prize after officials determined the team had exploited a game bug. The penalty did not prevent the team from winning the championship or from claiming one of the eight qualification slots for the Global Finals.

Eight teams from the Southeast Asia league earned places at the Free Fire World Series – Global Finals 2026. Qualifiers included Bigetron, GOWP Esports, AG.AL, Team Flash, RRQ Kazu, ONIC Olympus and Buriram United Esports. The Global Finals will be held in Bangkok from November 6 to 28 and will feature 24 teams from around the world.

Southeast Asia and Brazil are the only regions that regularly post livestreaming figures comparable to global Free Fire events. The SEA fall edition is among the mobile shooter’s most-watched regional tournaments, surpassing peaks from several past large-scale competitions.
