MOUZ promotes xelex, loans jL for PGL Astana and CS Asia
MOUZ promoted xelex to its main roster and loaned Justinas ‘jL’ Lekavicius to play at PGL Astana and the CS Asia Championships; jL will document teammates through vlogs and streams.
MOUZ promoted xelex to its main roster and loaned Lithuanian player Justinas ‘jL’ Lekavicius to the team for PGL Astana and the CS Asia Championships. The loan will cover those events and is temporary.
The organization announced the roster change ahead of the tournaments, elevating xelex to the primary squad and adding jL as a short-term competitor. MOUZ has not disclosed the length of the loan or whether additional roster moves are planned.
Lekavicius plans to continue producing vlogs and live streams during the loan, combining match coverage with behind-the-scenes material aimed at introducing teammates to a wider audience.
In a video, Lekavicius said he has already spoken with teammates and described them as “great guys.” He added that the group aims to treat opponents and the community with respect and questioned the idea of an intimidating “aura.” “The people who say they have no aura: Yes, I do agree in a way. But they’re good people, and aura is not everything. They’re trying to be respectful. They try to respect their opponents and the community. And I feel that aura sometimes comes from being a little bit negative, so to speak.”
He said he will feature players on his vlogs and streams to show a more personal side of the roster, mixing competitive coverage with player-focused features.
With xelex on the main roster and jL joining on loan for PGL Astana and the CS Asia Championships, MOUZ will enter the two events with an adjusted lineup. The organization has not provided further details.
