FUT benches lauNX from starting roster

FUT confirmed on X that it has benched 21-year-old Laurențiu “lauNX” Țârlea, removing him from the team’s starting roster and ending his year-long tenure with the Turkish organization.

The club listed Nikita “cmtry” Samolotov, Aulon “Krabeni” Fazlija, Dmytro “dem0n” Myroshnychenko and Džiugas “dziugss” Steponavičius as the remaining active players and named András “coolio” Fercsák as coach. The organization marked lauNX as benched.

The announcement follows weeks of transfer speculation linking lauNX to HEROIC, with reports suggesting a potential swap that would send Yasin “xfl0ud” Koç to FUT. FUT’s post did not address any specific transfer details or confirm talks with HEROIC.

lauNX posted on X that his next destination is already decided and described the change as an opportunity for growth. “Not much can be said about what’s coming next, but I can only say one thing. I have learned in life that sometimes it’s good to let things go in order to have better growth, and I feel that from my next move, both sides will have a lot to gain,” he wrote. He added he is seeking harder challenges and more experience and promised his “screams” will continue and “if anything, they will get louder.”

FUT’s announcement did not state whether lauNX has been released, moved to a reserve role or transferred. The label “benched” indicates removal from the starting lineup but does not confirm a permanent separation. The organization has not provided further comment on roster plans or the reported swap.
