G2 x One Piece launch limited black-and-white streetwear
G2 Esports partnered with One Piece on a limited black-and-white streetwear capsule sold exclusively via G2’s online store, featuring a Jolly Roger merging G2’s samurai mark and Luffy’s hat.
G2 Esports has partnered with One Piece to release a limited streetwear capsule available only through the organisation’s online store. The G2 x One Piece Capsule Collection includes hoodies, zip-ups, t-shirts, caps, arm sleeves and tote bags.
The line uses a minimalist black-and-white palette and features a custom Jolly Roger that merges G2’s samurai emblem with Monkey D. Luffy’s straw hat. Design cues reference Luffy’s “Gear 5” form and the garments include embroidered logos.
The collection is sold exclusively on G2’s official storefront and is described by the organisation as a limited-edition drop.
Sabrina Ratih, chief operating officer of G2 Esports, described the capsule as premium everyday wear that reflects themes of adventure and individuality shared by both brands.
The release follows G2’s earlier apparel collaboration with Solo Leveling. G2 also publishes a manga-style webcomic called Red Aura and maintains partnerships with fashion and lifestyle labels such as Ralph Lauren and Smiley.
One Piece has sold more than 600 million manga copies and the anime has exceeded 1,160 episodes. The underlying manga has passed 1,100 chapters and is entering its final phases; recent attention has increased after a live-action adaptation.
Crossovers between esports organisations and Japanese animation properties have become common. Recent examples include Cloud9’s One Piece apparel release in late 2023, Team Liquid’s collaboration with Bleach, Cloud9’s work with Beyblade X and a Haikyu!! merchandise line from Sentinels.
