Eternal Fire beats SINNERS to keep Singapore hopes alive

Eternal Fire defeated SINNERS 2-1 in the Digital Crusade DraculaN Season 7 grand final to win the title. The series was played on Mirage, Cache and Ancient.

SINNERS won Mirage 13-6, but Eternal Fire responded with a 16-12 victory on Cache. Ancient went to overtime before Eternal Fire secured a 16-14 win.

The title came after SINNERS beat Eternal Fire in the upper-bracket final. Vladyslav “Kvem” Korol led the winners with 62 kills, a 1.39 rating and an 80.5% kill-assist-survival-trade percentage. Gareth “MisteM” Ries posted a 1.12 rating, while Samet “jottAAA” Köklü finished with a 1.09 rating.

Kamil “kisserek” Banak was SINNERS’ top player with 61 kills and a 1.21 rating. Mădălin-Andrei “MoDo” Mirea added 52 kills and a 1.14 rating.

Eternal Fire now has an estimated 5.4% chance of qualifying for the Singapore Major. The team is scheduled to compete in Stake Ranked Episode 5 before the qualification cutoff.

The final also affected the wider Major standings. FaZe improved its position after finishing fifth-sixth, while Envy and Luminosity lost ground. The standings listed after the final gave Eternal Fire 1,432 points, an increase of 77, and SINNERS 1,406 points, an increase of 104. Placements may change when other events conclude.
