uNEXT stuns MantiCore with base rush; Falcons Vega dominate

Day 6 of Unbroken UA Season 2 of the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang league featured four BO1 matches that ranged from cautious early play to high-level macro decisions. uNEXT overturned a late disadvantage to beat MantiCore, and Falcons Vega closed the night with a fast win over Boars Gaming Female.

The opening match saw Boars Gaming edge past ITAMI. Both teams played evenly through the first eight minutes with no clear lead. In the mid-game Boars Gaming found a gap in ITAMI’s defense, increased the tempo, and converted a coordinated teamfight win into the match-clinching play.

FUT Esports beat Boars Valkyries in the second match. Boars Valkyries tried to match FUT Esports early, but FUT Esports gained control by winning large engagements and focusing key targets. Their teamfight execution and target priority secured the victory.

The most dramatic game came when uNEXT faced MantiCore. During a contested Lord fight MantiCore eliminated one uNEXT player and continued focusing the objective. One uNEXT player disengaged, regrouped with teammates and a wave of minions, and led a rapid base rush while MantiCore remained focused on the Lord. With defenses out of position, MantiCore’s base fell within seconds and uNEXT claimed the win.

Falcons Vega dominated Boars Gaming Female in the final match. Falcons Vega set a high tempo from the opening minutes, maintained tight coordination across the map, and built a decisive gold and objective lead. They restricted their opponents to the base and finished the game quickly.

The matchday highlighted different approaches in single-game format play: lane control and mid-game probing, teamfight coordination and target focus, and macro responses that can reverse an apparent disadvantage. Organizers are also introducing map drafts and global bans for the upcoming Brawl Stars Championship Summer Split.
