Parken Challenger Organizer New Breed Files for Bankruptcy

New Breed Agency ApS filed for bankruptcy and canceled Parken Challenger #9–16 and the Parken Stadium Master Finals; unpaid prize money and debts go to a court-appointed trustee.

New Breed Agency ApS, the organizer of the Parken Challenger Championship series for Counter-Strike 2, has filed for bankruptcy and canceled Parken Challenger Championships #9–16 and the Parken Stadium Master Finals. The company announced the insolvency on its official social media channels.

New Breed wrote that its representatives spent several months seeking additional funding but were unable to find a viable solution. The firm initiated formal bankruptcy proceedings that transfer responsibility for unpaid claims to a court-appointed trustee under applicable insolvency rules.

The cancellations remove the remainder of the Parken Challenger schedule. Organizers confirmed that several teams have not received prize payments from earlier events. The trustee will handle claims for unpaid prize money, compensation requests and other outstanding debts.

Those affected include teams, players, business partners and tournament staff. New Breed did not provide a timeline for trustee actions or an estimate of total outstanding liabilities and offered no further financial details in its social posts.

Tournament results already recorded remain in place. Ukrainian organization B8 earned enough Valve Ranking points by winning Parken Challenger Championship #3 to qualify for IEM Cologne Major 2026; that qualification is unaffected by the bankruptcy.

The Ukrainian Esports Federation has published the schedule for Stage 3 of the Ukrainian Championship in Dota 2 and CS2. That schedule may provide alternative competitive opportunities for teams while Parken events are removed from the calendar.

Under bankruptcy procedures, a court-appointed trustee will assess New Breed’s assets and liabilities and distribute available funds to creditors according to legal priority. Affected parties should file claims with the trustee and monitor communications from the court and New Breed for instructions and deadlines.
