LoL Patch 26.21 nerfs Jinx and Lee Sin, adds True Damage skins
League of Legends Patch 26.21 is scheduled for Oct. 21, with nerfs for Jinx and Lee Sin, buffs for Sion and five new True Damage skins.
League of Legends Patch 26.21 is scheduled to release on Oct. 21, 2026. The update will change champions, items and game modes, add the Journey to Stardom event to ARAM Mayhem and introduce five True Damage Know My Name skins.
Jinx will lose 20 base health and attack damage growth, while Lee Sin’s Safeguard cooldown will increase from seven to eight seconds. The damage from Lee Sin’s Dragon’s Rage will decrease. Caitlyn, Nidalee, Qiyana, Rammus, Tristana, Viktor, Wukong and Yone are also scheduled to receive nerfs.
Sion’s health growth will increase from 87 to 95 per level. The damage increase on Unstoppable Onslaught during its first three seconds of channeling will rise to as much as 200% of its base damage. Orianna, Ryze, Taliyah, Vel’Koz, Xin Zhao and Zyra will receive buffs. Azir, Darius, Miss Fortune and Nunu and Willump will receive ability changes that increase selected damage or other effects.
Varus’ Piercing Arrow will deal more damage at full charge, with its channel-time increase rising from 50% to 70%. His Blighted Quiver will deal less on-hit and percentage-health damage, while its interaction with Piercing Arrow will provide stronger damage and cooldown effects. Taric’s Q, E and R will cast successfully when his linked ally is untargetable, although E will not cast from vanished allies. Twisted Fate’s Destiny will reveal untargetable units.
Bastion Breaker will have 18 lethality instead of 22 and reduced Shaped Charge damage, while its Sabotage effect will have no time limit. Dawncore’s ability power from base mana regeneration will increase. Gluttonous Greaves will cost 1,100 gold, up from 1,000, and Hubris will provide more base attack damage to melee champions.
ARAM Mayhem will receive Journey to Stardom, which adds Headliners, band-themed match effects, Superstar Rank progression and new Augments. The K/DA Headliner grants an extra Augment after players collect four K/DA Cards. The True Damage Headliner allows takedowns and tower destructions to drop team Anvils. Butcher’s Bridge and Koeshin’s Crossing will be unavailable in Mayhem during the patch.
Mordekaiser, Yorick, Hecarim and Lucian will join League Classic with older versions of their ability kits. Mordekaiser will be able to capture a defeated champion as a ghost, Yorick will regain his original ghoul-summoning abilities and Lucian will have a 550 attack range. League Classic will receive balance changes for Aatrox, Irelia, Karma, Kassadin and Atma’s Impaler.
Arena will receive separate changes for champions, items and Augments. Champion adjustments will include damage, cooldown and scaling changes for Bel’Veth, Briar, Elise, Ezreal, Fiora, Katarina, Lee Sin, Milio, Skarner, Varus and Yone. Turbo Chemtank, Galeforce and Night Harvester are among the Arena items scheduled for changes, while several Augments will receive new cooldowns, damage values or stat effects.
Starting with Patch 26.21, players will be limited to 10 replay downloads per hour, including downloads of their own replays and those belonging to other players. Riot will adjust the Mythic Shop’s daily, weekly and biweekly rotation timings before personalized offerings planned for Patch 26.22. The minimum AMD system requirement will increase because the updated patch launcher requires SSE 4.2.
The five True Damage Know My Name skins are scheduled to become available on Oct. 21: Prestige True Damage Ekko, True Damage Akali, True Damage Qiyana, True Damage Senna and True Damage Yasuo. Matching chromas are planned for all five skins.
