Halo Studios reportedly remaking Halo 2 and Halo 3

A YouTuber posted a video claiming Halo Studios is developing full remakes of Halo 2 and Halo 3. The report cites three sources, one identified as a former Halo Studios developer, and says both projects are in early active development.

The creator said the first tip came from the former developer and that two additional sources later provided confirmation and what was described as proof that work is underway. The report also states that active development is occurring on all three trilogy remakes, with the Halo 2 and Halo 3 projects in early stages.

In the video, the creator stated: ‘In a previous video report, I revealed that a former Halo Studios developer confirmed to me that the studio is remaking the Halo trilogy.’ The creator added: ‘One of my new sources has sent me proof to verify themself and that the trilogy remakes are definitely happening, regardless of how well Campaign Evolved does.’

The projects were described as full remakes rather than remasters. The video did not include release windows, budgets or specific studio timelines.

Halo Studios and its publisher have not confirmed the claims. Campaign Evolved is scheduled to arrive soon and is expected to include new missions, new weapons and cross-platform cooperative play.
