CS2 pro h4rn says FACEIT sent $7,500 to old Revolut

Bulgarian CS2 pro Deyvid ‘h4rn’ Benchev says FACEIT sent his $7,500 FPL 2026 prize to an old Revolut account in April 2026 despite updated account details in December 2025.

Bulgarian Counter-Strike 2 player Deyvid ‘h4rn’ Benchev says FACEIT sent his $7,500 prize from the FACEIT Pro League (FPL) 2026 monthly leaderboard to an old Revolut account in April 2026, after months of delays.

Benchev says he submitted a form in December 2025 to change his bank account after requesting the update. He says FACEIT confirmed the change and a smaller test payment reached the new account. The main $7,500 payment was processed in April 2026 and, according to Benchev, was routed to the old Revolut account he no longer controls.

He reports waiting about five months for the payout and says administrators stopped responding. His last private communication from FACEIT admins came more than two weeks before his public post on May 18, 2026.

On May 18 he wrote on X: “It is unacceptable and sad.” He added that he had waited five months for the payment and that it was sent to the wrong bank account, and he urged FACEIT to improve its payment processes.

Benchev is a multiple-time FPL champion and a former top-ranked EU CS2 player. He currently plays as an AWPer for Acend Club. The $7,500 prize corresponds to the monthly leaderboard reward for FPL 2026 that he earned through consistent play.

FACEIT had not issued a public response at the time of his post. Benchev moved the dispute from private correspondence with admins to a public appeal for resolution and recovery of the funds.
