BMPS 2026 Round 3 Runs May 16-19 for EWC Berth

Round 3 of BMPS 2026 Qualifiers runs May 16-19 with 64 BGMI teams vying for a Rs. 2 Crore prize pool and a direct slot at the PUBG Mobile World Cup 2026 in Riyadh.

Round 3 of the Battlegrounds Mobile India Pro Series 2026 Qualifiers takes place May 16-19 with 64 BGMI teams competing across the maps Erangel, Miramar and Rondo. Matches begin each day at 3:30 PM IST and will be available on the Krafton India Esports channel.

The series carries a Rs. 2 Crore prize pool. The BMPS 2026 champion will receive Rs. 60 lakh and an automatic spot at the PUBG Mobile World Cup 2026 in Riyadh in August. A second international berth will go to the team that tops the Krafton India Esports Global Points leaderboard at the end of the Qualifiers, so points accumulated across all rounds affect World Cup qualification.

Organizers are using a promotion-and-relegation system across the Qualifiers. Each group plays six matches per round. After every six-match round, the top four teams in Groups B, C and D move up one tier, while the bottom four teams in Groups A, B and C drop down one tier. Teams finishing fifth through 12th in each group remain in place. After all four Qualifier rounds, the bottom eight teams in Group D will be eliminated from BMPS 2026.

The path to the Grand Finals is determined by group placement and later stages. The top eight teams in Group A after Round 4 qualify directly for the Grand Finals in Jaipur. Other teams enter the Survival Stage (June 2-5), Semifinals (June 9-12) and the Last Chance stage (June 13-14) to decide the remaining spots. The full Qualifiers stage concludes on May 31.

Group A for Round 3 includes iQOO Soul, iQOO Orangutan, Genesis Esports, Revenant XSpark, GodLike Esports, Learn From Past, Wyld Fangs, K9 Esports, WindGod, 7Gods Esports, White Walkers, Nebula Esports, Victores Sumus, iQOO Team Tamilas, iQOO Reckoning Esports and Divine Gaming. GodLike has changed its roster since Jonathan left; the squad is now led by Manya with Saumay added to the lineup. GodLike, K9 Esports and WindGod posted weaker results in Round 2 and enter Round 3 under closer scrutiny.

Results from Round 2 saw Vasista Esports, captained by Hector, top Group B with 90 points, two Chicken Dinners and 62 eliminations, earning promotion to Group A alongside H4KX, WELT and Genesis. In Group C, True Rippers, led by Punk, finished first with 61 points without recording a Chicken Dinner. Godsent, 4TR and Gods Reign also moved up a tier. Team Apex Gaming, the organization formed by Jonathan Amaral after his departure from GodLike, finished sixth in Group C with 48 points.

With another Qualifier round scheduled at the end of May, teams must balance match strategies and point accumulation across rounds. Fans can watch Round 3 daily at 3:30 PM IST on the Krafton India Esports channel.
