Vitality and MOUZ set for ESL Pro League Season 24 final

Team Vitality and MOUZ will meet in the ESL Pro League Season 24 grand final. The best-of-five series at the Spodek arena will decide the first team to win four ESL Pro League titles.

Vitality went 3-0 in the Swiss Stage after beating 1win, Natus Vincere and Team Falcons. The French-led team then swept PARIVISION 2-0 in the quarterfinals before defeating Aurora Gaming in the semifinals.

Vitality lost Anubis in the opening game against Aurora but won the next two maps to complete the comeback. Mathieu “ZywOo” Herbaut led the team during the series. He has a 1.40 kill-to-death ratio and averages 20.50 kills per game at the tournament.

MOUZ also finished the Swiss Stage with a 3-0 record and did not drop a map against M80, FURIA or Team Spirit. The team beat FURIA in the quarterfinals and defeated Spirit in the semifinals.

MOUZ won Dust2 in the semifinal opener before Spirit answered on Mirage. MOUZ then won Nuke, with Czech rifler Oldřich “PR” Nový recording 27 kills on the deciding map. Former Vitality player Lotan “Spinx” Giladi helped MOUZ defeat FURIA in the quarterfinals.

Both finalists have won three ESL Pro League seasons. MOUZ claimed Seasons 10, 18 and 19, while Vitality won Seasons 16, 21 and 22. The winner of the final will become the first team with four titles.

The final is MOUZ’s third grand final appearance of the season. Vitality leads the teams’ previous map meetings 28-12. Their latest meeting came in the BLAST Open Fall semifinals in September 2026, when Vitality won 2-0.

Vitality is expected to ban Anubis, while MOUZ could remove Ancient. Dust2 and Cache are possible Vitality picks, with Mirage and Inferno likely choices for MOUZ. Nuke could serve as the deciding map.
