Valorant Sentinel hiro set to join Team Heretics

Emirhan ‘hiro’ Kat has reached a verbal agreement to join Spanish team Team Heretics after leaving Natus Vincere following a two-year stint.
Emirhan ‘hiro’ Kat, a 20-year-old Dutch-Turkish Valorant Sentinel, has reached a verbal agreement to join Spanish organization Team Heretics after leaving Natus Vincere following a two-year stint, according to people with knowledge of the agreement.
At least two other clubs pursued hiro during the current offseason. He posted strong individual statistics last season while NAVI did not record notable team results.
Team Heretics began roster changes after failing to qualify for VALORANT Champions. The club has extended contracts for Benjy ‘benjyfishy’ Fish and Enes ‘RieNs’ Ecirli. Captain Ričardas ‘Boo’ Lukaševičius has been granted permission to explore other offers, and Martynas ‘koshmaras’ Namikas has left the lineup.
Hiro primarily plays the Sentinel role. Benjyfishy previously covered that role for Heretics, and coaches will need to assign agents and in-match responsibilities within the roster.
Hiro last competed at the international level at VALORANT Champions 2024 with Fnatic. Joining Heretics will return him to an organization preparing for the next circuit events.
Hiro was NAVI’s longest-standing roster member. NAVI changed lineups around him during the season. With the competitive season concluded, NAVI player contracts are expiring and the organization has allowed members to pursue other opportunities.
The agreement is currently verbal and requires final contract signatures and tournament registration before it becomes official. The transfer comes during an offseason in which multiple VALORANT teams are reworking rosters ahead of next year’s events.
