Team Liquid names Miah Campos GM Brazil after Queiroz exit

Team Liquid promoted Miah Campos to General Manager Brazil, replacing Rafael Queiroz, who left to become Evo’s Head of LATAM.

Team Liquid promoted Miah Campos to General Manager Brazil, filling the vacancy left by Rafael Queiroz. Queiroz left last week to join the Evolution Championship Series (Evo) as Head of LATAM.

Campos joined Team Liquid in March 2025 as Director of Sales & Partnerships. In her new role she will lead strategic development and partner relations in Brazil, coordinating sales, marketing and event activities and overseeing regional operations aligned with the organization’s global strategy.

The organization described the internal promotion as a way to maintain operational continuity and keep existing partnerships and initiatives on track during the leadership change.

Campos has nearly a decade of experience in Brazilian esports. She spent more than three years at LOUD as Director of Talents & Partnerships, managing branding for creators and negotiating deals with sponsors including Itaú, Samsung and Netflix. She also served as Director of Operations at LnK Gaming, where she managed the Brazilian Circuit of Counter-Strike (CBCS), and worked two years in marketing at paiN Gaming.

In a translated statement Team Liquid described Campos as, “Miah is the person who unites all the values and characteristics necessary for great leadership. Her ability to integrate sales, marketing, events and a passion for our community reflects a strategic and collaborative management that we appreciate very much.”

Queiroz’s departure coincides with Evo’s plans for global expansion that include events in Brazil and Mexico for the 2027 season. Evo is owned by Sony.

The promotion finalizes Team Liquid’s immediate succession plan in Brazil and keeps a senior commercial executive in place as the organization pursues local partnerships and events.
