Team Liquid Benches siuhy; JT Set to Replace Him

Team Liquid moved Kamil “siuhy” Szkaradek to the bench, ending his 15-month stint on the active roster. Johnny “JT” Theodosiou, submitted on Liquid’s tournament roster for BLAST Bounty Season 2, is expected to take the open spot but has not been formally announced.

The change was included in Liquid’s off-season roster update. The revised lineup is scheduled to debut on July 24, 2026, against Vitality in BLAST Bounty Season 2. JT was submitted for that event to allow immediate participation.

Siuhy joined Liquid in April 2025 after his departure from MOUZ in January 2025. During his time with Liquid the team recorded repeated group-stage exits, a drop in the VRS rankings, and underperformance at several tier-two LAN events. Liquid reached the BLAST Bounty Season 1 playoffs only via the online group stage and finished Stage 1 of the IEM Cologne Major with a 2-3 record. Across 2026 events the team averaged among the lowest T-side win rates in the professional scene.

The benching is the second confirmed roster change this off-season. Liquid earlier moved Roland “ultimate” Tomkowiak to a non-active role and added Georgi “Jorko” Mitev to the active roster. Liquid’s listed active lineup now shows Keith “NAF” Markovic, Jonathan “EliGE” Jablonowski, Mario “malbsMd” Samayoa, Georgi “Jorko” Mitev and Viktor “flashie” Tamás, with coach Bea on staff. Both ultimate and siuhy appear on the bench list.

Siuhy remains under contract with Liquid in a bench role. The organization has not provided a date for a formal announcement of JT beyond the tournament submission.
