PR Praises xertioN’s Calls for Giving Him More Responsibility

Oldřich “PR” Nový, newly signed by MOUZ, said at BLAST Bounty 2026 S2 media day that Dorian “xertioN” Berman’s in-game calls give him increased responsibilities.

Oldřich “PR” Nový returned to MOUZ after 18 months at GamerLegion and spoke about his reintegration at BLAST Bounty 2026 S2 media day. He joined the main roster over the summer and credited existing relationships inside the team for a smoother transition.

PR said the time at GamerLegion provided the match experience needed before stepping up to a top-tier lineup. “I think the year and a half in GamerLegion gave me a lot, so it’s better for me that I had my time there and got some experience before going into a real tier-one team.” He added that coming from the academy directly would have been a bigger jump.

He described adapting to the team’s CT roles as the primary on-field change. PR is taking on more passive site-anchoring positions, including holding B apps on Mirage, and called the assignments a learning curve. “I’m not used to that, so sometimes I feel like I could do something, like I’m not maybe helping enough. But that’s one of the things I need to learn,” he said.

On Dorian “xertioN” Berman’s in-game leadership, PR praised the calling style and said it gives him more control in certain areas, especially on the T side. “He’s a new IGL, but I really like the way he calls, because I have, I would say, still more responsibilities than I had before,” he said, while noting those responsibilities must fit the team’s round structure.

MOUZ has limited recent match history on Cache and PR had not played the map before joining. He described the situation as shared within the squad, with several teammates also relearning parts of the map. The team is preparing the map in stages ahead of matches.

On tournament expectations, PR identified the event as one of the team’s best chances given the draw, but said the squad has no strict goals and will focus on taking games one at a time. He also clarified comments from an interview in January, saying his earlier wording was poor and expressing satisfaction at returning to a roster with a familiar core and coach.
