Stage allocations are: Stage 1 — six European teams, six from the Americas and four from Asia; Stage 2 — six European teams, one from the Americas and one from Asia; Stage 3 — six European teams and two from the Americas, with no Asian invitees.
The change reflects results in Cologne. Europe’s allotment increased from 17 to 18 after Stage 1 outcomes there, reducing the Americas’ total to nine. Asia lost its Stage 3 invitation when 9z defeated The MongolZ in Cologne, removing an expected Asian representative from the final stage.
