PBE Files Suggest Five Champions Could Join League Classic

Files on the League of Legends public test environment (PBE) list Aatrox, Irelia, Karma, Caitlyn and Quinn as potential additions to League Classic. The names appeared in PBE assets as candidates for the mode’s next roster update.

The PBE hosts experimental builds and files that often preview upcoming content. Appearances on the PBE do not guarantee a live release; Riot Games has not confirmed the list or provided a release schedule.

If Riot follows the PBE listing, the five champions could be added with Patch 26.20, which is currently scheduled for Oct. 7. Patch dates and contents are finalized in official patch notes and may change before deployment.

Several of the named champions have undergone significant reworks in the past. Aatrox, Irelia and Karma previously used kits that differ substantially from their current versions, and Quinn’s interaction with her companion Valor was altered in a past update. Caitlyn and Irelia have been mentioned in prior discussions about future Classic additions.

League Classic launched with 60 champions and most recently expanded in Patch 26.18 with Fiora, Galio, Poppy, Shyvana and Xin Zhao, bringing the roster to 68. Any additions in 26.20 would increase that total and could use original kits, later reworked versions, or variants specific to the Classic mode.

Riot will specify which versions of each champion are included and confirm timing in official communications. Players should consult the official patch notes and server updates for final details.
