Method Names Darren Elmy Head of Partnerships

Method has appointed broadcaster and talent executive Darren “KillerPigeon” Elmy as Head of Partnerships to oversee its global commercial operations.

Gaming and esports organisation Method has appointed broadcaster and talent executive Darren “KillerPigeon” Elmy as its Head of Partnerships. He will oversee the organisation’s global partnership portfolio, commercial strategy and brand activations.

Elmy will manage commercial activity across Method’s competitive raiding, content and event operations. He replaces Liam Whitehead, who led the organisation’s commercial unit for more than three years before joining Norwegian esports organisation HEROIC.

Elmy founded Valiant Talent in May 2026, a gaming influencer agency representing digital content creators. He has also worked as an influencer manager across agency networks and has experience in talent management and esports broadcasting.

Since 2018, Elmy has worked as an on-camera host and commentator. His credits include Valve’s The International 2022 for Dota 2, Electronic Arts’ Apex Legends Global Series, Red Bull Wololo, and events organised by ESL and DreamHack.

He previously worked with Method as a broadcaster during the organisation’s World of Warcraft Race to World First: Amirdrassil event in November 2023.

Method announced the appointment through its official channels and invited commercial partners to contact the organisation about future opportunities. “We’re excited to welcome Darren Elmy as our new Head of Partnerships at Method! We’re always looking to build new partnerships and explore exciting opportunities,” the organisation wrote.

Whitehead’s work with Method included partnerships with gaming peripheral brand Glorious, VPN provider ExpressVPN and UK computer retailer SCAN. The agreements were secured ahead of Method’s World of Warcraft: Midnight Race to World First event in 2026.
