Lynn Vision, M80 and Sharks qualify for BLAST Open Porto

Lynn Vision, M80 and Sharks won regional qualifiers to secure invites to BLAST Open Porto, a tournament with a $1.1 million prize pool. The qualifiers took place in July 2026 and the main event precedes the Singapore Major invite deadline on November 2.

Lynn Vision defeated TYLOO 2-1 at the GGMEDIA Challenger Series 1: BLAST Premier Rising Event on July 12, 2026 to claim the Asia-Pacific qualifying spot.

M80 beat Voca 2-0 at the Circuit X BLAST Open Porto 2026 North America Rising Event on July 11, 2026 to take the North American berth.

Sharks advanced from South America with a 2-0 win over paiN at RES Showdown 4 on July 11, 2026. Inner Circle secured the European spot earlier.

TYLOO and paiN were the runners-up in their regional finals. Among the three qualifier winners, M80 was the only team considered a pre-tournament favorite to win its event.

Individual performances across the qualifiers included João “koala” Pfeffer of Sharks posting a 1.23 rating in South America, Lizhi “Starry” Ye recording a 1.43 rating and Fritz “slaxz-” Dietrich a 1.38 rating in their respective events.

Twelve top-ranked VRS teams are already set to join the regional winners in the Porto field. With Lynn Vision, M80, Sharks and Inner Circle now confirmed, those teams will compete alongside the pre-qualified VRS sides in the main event in Porto.
