LoL Patch 26.19 Cuts Teleport Cooldowns, Adds Four Skins

Patch 26.19 went live Sept. 23, 2026, reducing top-role Teleport cooldowns, adjusting champions and support items, and adding Coven Janna, Coven Mel, Old God Anivia and Old God Urgot skins.

Riot Games released Patch 26.19 for League of Legends on Sept. 23, 2026. The update, applied to live servers, reduces Teleport cooldowns tied to the top-role quest, adjusts several champions and support items on Summoner’s Rift, and introduces four new skins.

Teleport timers for the top-role quest were shortened. The free Teleport cooldown for the top-role now drops from 420 seconds to 390 seconds. The top-role Upgraded Unleashed Teleport window was reduced from 330–240 seconds to 300–210 seconds. Non-top Unleashed Teleport cooldowns remain 330–240 seconds.

The support item pair World Atlas and Runic Compass received health and regeneration changes. Health tiers moved from 30/100/200 to 0/60/200. Health regeneration tiers shifted from 25%/50%/75% to 50%/75%/75%, increasing early sustain at lower tiers.

Patch 26.19 applies targeted champion buffs. Aatrox’s W cooldown was lowered from 20/18/16/14/12 seconds to 18/16.5/15/13.5/12 seconds and his dash heal ratio rose from 1.1% to 1.3% per 100 bonus health. Aphelios received multiple weapon changes, including higher Calibrum damage, increased Severum healing, a reduced Infernum cooldown and a small Crescendum mini-damage increase. Aurora’s E and R gained higher damage and longer duration at some ranks. Draven’s base attack damage increased from 62 to 64. Elise’s passive on-hit magic damage rose and her W bonus attack speed was increased across ranks. Fiora’s health growth went from 99 to 105 and Grand Challenge heal values were raised. Kha’Zix’s passive damage and evolved E range improved and his evolved W slow duration increased. Lillia’s base armor rose from 22 to 24 and her ultimate’s sleep duration increased from 2 to 2.5 seconds. Master Yi’s Q refund on hit was standardized to a fixed 1 second. Volibear’s passive gained higher AP scaling per 100 AP and added on-hit damage interaction with bonus AD.

Several champions received nerfs. Nasus’s Q bonus damage was reduced by 10 at each rank. Nocturne’s ultimate cooldown was increased across ranks to lengthen its downtime. Poppy’s Q now applies a lower minion and monster maximum health cap, reducing some clear and shove power. Rumble’s overheat attack speed was lowered and his monster cap was raised. Ryze had his flux bonus damage reduced and E mana cost increased. Vi’s base attack damage per level and passive shield percentage were trimmed.

Lucian saw mixed changes: his empowered on-hit damage was reduced and his Q base damage was increased. The patch notes list precise numeric changes for each ability and rank.

Patch 26.19 adds four skins available in the client with the update: Coven Janna (Legendary), Coven Mel, Old God Anivia and Old God Urgot. Riot previewed the Coven line on the public test environment ahead of release.

Riot’s patch notes describe the update as a mix of balance tuning and quality-of-life adjustments and cite player feedback and recent match data as reasons for specific changes. The developer will monitor game metrics and pro play after the patch and may issue hotfixes or further adjustments as needed.
