BLAST Bounty Season 2: 32 teams, wildcards named
BLAST named 32 teams for BLAST Bounty 2026 Season 2, awarding wildcards to Liquid, 100 Thieves, EYEBALLERS and OG; Natus Vincere, Legacy, BetBoom and B8 were not invited.
BLAST announced the 32 teams invited to BLAST Bounty 2026 Season 2. Wildcard entries were given to Liquid, 100 Thieves, EYEBALLERS and OG. The online stage runs July 21-26, with the top eight teams advancing to a LAN final in Malta from July 30 to August 2.
The event will use a single-elimination, best-of-three bracket. All 32 teams start in the online portion; the eight teams that win through the bracket will travel to Malta to compete for the title on site.
Several established organizations were not included in the Season 2 field. Natus Vincere, Legacy, BetBoom and B8 did not receive invitations. BLAST did not provide explanations for individual invite decisions when it released the team list.
The online phase is scheduled over six days and the LAN phase spans four days. Match times, broadcast schedules and additional logistical details were not included in the initial announcement and are expected to be published before the event.
BLAST Bounty is part of BLAST’s competitive Counter-Strike schedule and pairs an online qualifying stage with an in-person final for the top-performing teams.
