Team Vitality, Stake partnership generated over $5M media value

Team Vitality and betting platform Stake reported their year-long deal generated more than $5 million in media value, 135 million social video views and six S‑tier tournament wins.
Team Vitality and betting platform Stake reported results after a 12-month partnership that combined team sponsorship, joint content and competitive activity. The organisations quantified the year as generating more than $5 million in media value, more than 135 million social video views and six S‑tier trophies.
The media value figure represents an estimate of advertising-equivalent exposure for Stake’s logo and mentions across Team Vitality content, social posts and highlight clips. During the partnership Team Vitality wore four jerseys carrying the Stake logo: a University and an Alternate jersey introduced in 2025, followed by a Pro and an FPS jersey released in 2026. The jerseys were used at events and in content drops throughout the year.
Team Vitality cited several pieces of content as examples of reach and engagement. A TikTok showing player Ropz’s gaming setup registered more than 14 million views. An Instagram clip featuring a play by ZywOo and a reaction from teammate apEX was widely shared in the Counter‑Strike community. The partners’ launch video included the CS2 roster, representatives from both organisations and appearances by UFC fighter Max Holloway, Formula 1 driver Nico Hülkenberg and footballer Nenê. A YouTube Shorts collaboration with Brazilian MMA fighter and Stake ambassador Caio Borralho reached combat sports audiences.
Vas Roberts, Co‑CEO at Team Vitality, commented that the first year produced competitive results, high-engagement content and moments that reached audiences beyond esports. Akhil Sarin, CMO at Stake, noted the numeric outcomes and the six S‑tier trophies as evidence of the partnership’s progress and said both organisations see further potential.
The partnership paired onstage sponsorship and promotional branding with coordinated content and ambassador collaborations. Stake provided access to non‑endemic sports figures for crossover content. Team Vitality converted visibility and impressions into an advertising-equivalent dollar value to measure the partnership’s media impact over the 12 months.
Separately, Team Vitality renewed its residency agreement with Stade de France, extending its presence at the national stadium into 2026, and signed Japanese fighting game player Shoji “Fenritti” Sho as part of an effort to expand in the Asian esports market.
