T1 names GS Eye Clinic as official eye care partner
T1 has named Seoul-based GS Eye Clinic its official eye care partner for players across its esports teams and affiliated streamers.
South Korean esports organisation T1 has partnered with Seoul-based GS Eye Clinic, which will provide eye examinations and ophthalmic care to T1 players across all of its esports teams and to affiliated streamers.
Appointments will be arranged through a booking and consultation system based on T1’s training and match schedules. Care will be provided according to each person’s eye condition, rather than through fixed appointment times set by the clinic.
The partnership will also cover T1 staff members and their families. T1 and GS Eye Clinic plan to create promotional and content projects linking esports with ophthalmology, although they have not announced specific projects.
Kim Mu-Yeon, chief director of GS Eye Clinic, described regular eye care as important for esports players who spend long periods looking at screens and maintaining high levels of concentration.
“We are honored to establish an official partnership with the world-class esports team T1,” Kim said in a translated statement. “Based on the 22 years of extensive clinical experience and expertise accumulated by GS Ophthalmology, we will strive to provide systematic medical services to the T1 team and its members.”
The organisations have not disclosed whether the clinic will receive branding on T1 jerseys or social media channels. Financial terms were not disclosed.
T1 Entertainment & Sports has also announced partnerships outside competitive gaming. The company recently partnered with Universal Products & Experiences on official merchandise featuring the Minions. In August 2026, T1 collaborated with K-pop group SEVENTEEN on a track released on Spotify.
