Spirit routs MOUZ to reach PGL Astana final

Spirit defeated MOUZ 2-0 in the PGL Astana semifinal on May 17, 2026, in Astana, winning Dust2 13-3 and then Nuke to reach the best-of-five grand final.

On Dust2 Spirit’s T-side pressure repeatedly opened the B bombsite. Lotan “Spinx” Giladi was 2-11 at halftime in his mid role and finished the map with nine kills. Spirit closed Dust2 13-3.

On Nuke Spirit posted 10 rounds on the CT side. A Zeus kill by Boris “magixx” Vorobiev occurred during a shutdown of MOUZ’s quick upper-site push. Spirit completed the map in a short closing sequence to secure the series.

Danil “donk” Kryshkovets led Spirit with 36 kills and 16 deaths, a 109.0 average damage per round (ADR) and a 1.95 rating. Myroslav “zont1x” Plakhotia recorded 29-14, 94.4 ADR and a 1.61 rating. Andrey “tN1R” Tatarinovich posted 27-17, 91.2 ADR and a 1.54 rating. Dmitry “sh1ro” Sokolov finished 25-11, 81.4 ADR and a 1.36 rating. Boris “magixx” Vorobiev had 22 kills and a team-high KAST of 90.3%.

MOUZ were held to lower numbers. Dorian “xertioN” Berman ended 15-29 with a 65.7 ADR and a 0.69 rating. Justinas “jL” Lekavicius finished 15-27 with a 47.5 ADR and a 0.66 rating. Adrian “xelex” Vincze went 17-30. Ádám “torzsi” Torzsás posted 17-24 with a 68.8 ADR and a 0.94 rating. MOUZ’s timing and executions were repeatedly disrupted by Spirit’s setups on both maps.

Before the match donk told James “BanKs” Banks “No chance” when asked about MOUZ’s prospects. Spirit will face the winner of the second semifinal between magic and Falcons in the grand final. MOUZ will play the third-place match against the loser of that semifinal.
