Sebastian ‘volt’ Maloș joins INFINITE, replacing mhN1

INFINITE announced the signing of Sebastian ‘volt’ Maloș and confirmed that Mihnea ‘mhN1’ Gheață has departed after more than three years with the team. Volt returns the club to a full five-player starting lineup.

The roster now lists Rasmus ‘kreaz’ Johansson, Raul ‘Blytz’ Gligor, Martin ‘Dytor’ Handl, Henrich ‘sl3nd’ Hevesi and Sebastian ‘volt’ Maloș as starters, with Samy ‘Tionix’ von Gehlen serving as coach.

Volt reached the quarter-finals of the Paris Major 2023 with Into the Breach. He joined GamerLegion in July 2023 and remained with the organization until he was benched in January 2025. He then played for 500 in the fall 2025 season and for FOKUS in the fall 2026 season.

With 500, volt recorded a 1.06 rating across 199 maps. With FOKUS, he posted a 1.01 rating over 109 maps. Those numbers document his map experience and individual performance in recent competitive appearances.

INFINITE is 38th in the VRS ranking, one place below their peak of 37th. The team reached 37th after finishing 5-6th at Digital Crusade Super DraculaN Season 1, a run that included wins over FOKUS and Betclic.

The organization did not provide further comment on mhN1’s departure or on volt’s integration into team practice. The signing completes INFINITE’s active lineup ahead of upcoming competitions.
