PARIVISION benches slaxejezzz, signs veteran HObbit

PARIVISION announced it has benched 18-year-old Vyacheslav ‘slaxejezzz’ Vinokurov and added veteran Abay ‘HObbit’ Khassenov to the active roster, with HObbit replacing slaxejezzz in the starting five. The organisation said slaxejezzz will remain under contract while arrangements are made for a loan to another team.

Andrey Kvasnevsky, PARIVISION’s chief executive, issued a statement stressing that the club does not plan to sell slaxejezzz. ‘It is important to emphasize: we are not considering selling Slava [slaxejezzz]. He remains a part of PARIVISION, and we are counting on him in the future,’ he said.

HObbit returns after a short stand-in period over the summer during which he helped PARIVISION finish second at the XSE Pro League event in Guangzhou. He was replaced by Evgenii ‘FL1T’ Lebedev after that tournament and now rejoins the squad alongside Dzhami ‘Jame’ Ali, Vladislav ‘xiELO’ Lysov, Ivan ‘zweih’ Gogin and FL1T.

Coach Dastan ‘dastan’ Akbayev, who worked with HObbit during the earlier stint, commented on the change and on the team’s objectives in Paris. ‘I even think HObbit right now is stronger than, for example, slaxejezzz,’ he said. Akbayev added that his priority is to form a stable top-tier unit quickly: ‘I need to be patient and try for us to be a stable tier-1 team as fast as possible.’ He also noted expectations for slaxejezzz’s development over time: ‘But in the long term, slaxejezzz will evolve more, and we need firepower. Because if we have HObbit, me, Jame and FL1T in one team, it might be too hard.’

The signing raises the squad’s average age to 25.2. PARIVISION framed the roster change as a response to the team’s early-season results. The club’s active roster now lists Jame, xiELO, zweih, FL1T and HObbit, with Dastan Akbayev as coach. Emil ‘nota’ Moskvitin is on loan to CYBERSHOKE and Andrey ‘BELCHONOKK’ Yasinskiy is on loan to 1win. Vyacheslav ‘slaxejezzz’ Vinokurov remains benched while the organisation arranges a loan to provide him with more playing time and experience.
