Ninjas in Pyjamas announced the temporary promotion of Roman “n0te” Hamze from its Young Ninjas academy to the main roster as a stand-in. The change follows the benching of Artem “cairne” Mushynskyi and covers the club’s upcoming events. n0te is registered to play in the XSE Pro League and Stake Ranked Episode 3.
Mushynskyi was benched after a season that ended with the team failing to qualify for the Cologne Major. The organisation described the change as short term and tied to the specified events.
Hamze joined Young Ninjas from Nemesis in February. He posted a 1.18 average rating across the year with the academy squad. He helped Young Ninjas finish second at Betclic Clash 2026 and win United21 League Season 47 and CCT 2026 Contenders Europe Series 2. He reached No. 50 in June 2026 prospect rankings.
NiP’s active lineup for now lists Marco “Snappi” Pfeiffer, Rasmus “sjuush” Beck, Kacper “xKacpersky” Gabara, Martin “stavn” Lund and Roman “n0te” Hamze (stand-in), with Richard “Xizt” Landström as coach. The organisation will reassess its roster after the upcoming competitions and has not given a timeline for further changes.
