MOUZ sign Oldřich ‘PR’ Nový to starting lineup

MOUZ announced the signing of Oldřich ‘PR’ Nový from GamerLegion to its starting lineup. The organisation first explored the transfer in winter and completed it as head coach Dennis “sycrone” Nielsen adjusts the team’s defensive structure.

PR is a Czech teenager who progressed through MOUZ NXT and earned recognition as a top-five rookie and a top-three prospect in 2025 while at GamerLegion. MOUZ say they will use his aggressive anchor-lurker style to create more mid-round activity and to let Lotan ‘Spinx’ Giladi return to a quieter, more supportive role.

MOUZ plan site-specific deployments for PR: B Apps on Mirage, Banana or Middle on Inferno, and Silo on Nuke. On CT sides he will keep anchor duties in spots where he has prior success, including Ramp on Nuke and A on Anubis.

Statistical marks from PR’s recent play include a 1.11 LAN CT rating at Ramp on Nuke and a 1.07 rating at A on Anubis. He posted a 1.11 rating at MVP events in 2025; in 2026 his rating fell to 1.07 with 53.3% of maps above 1.00. His Swing Added is +9.9% with an overall Swing of +0.02%. At MVP events nearly half of his kills came from the AK47; he recorded four MP9 kills in 2026.

The signing follows a dip in form for Jimi ‘Jimpphat’ Salo in 2026, particularly on T side, and Jimpphat did not return for the Major when Ludvig ‘Brollan’ Brolin filled similar duties. Jimi and Justinas ‘jL’ Lekavicius had trade-frag rates above 24%; PR’s profile shows lower reliance on trades.

Adrian ‘xelex’ Vincze will face positional adjustments and is likely to occupy B on Mirage in some setups; his CT rating is 0.98 with a 14.9% opening-attempt rate across maps. MOUZ’s defensive alignment will include four playmakers: Spinx, PR, Dorian ‘xertioN’ Berman and Ádám ‘torzsi’ Torzsás, with xertioN coordinating in-game alongside sycrone.

On aggregate ADR the new five-player group registers 369, placing fifth and close to Vitality (380) and Spirit (376). Andreas ‘Xyp9x’ Højsleth remains on staff as assistant coach.

PR acknowledged online about the transfer speculation:

I was getting hyped up that something good for me could happen, but after a few days I realized it was just Twitter rumors.

MOUZ intend to limit PR’s scope on offense to high-activity, high-impact spots where early reads can end rounds, rather than depending on late clutches. The club will review role assignments and macro strategies with the revised lineup in upcoming events.
