MIBR eliminate shorthanded magic at StarSeries Fall

MIBR eliminated shorthanded magic from StarLadder StarSeries Fall after a 2-1 lower-bracket win on Sept. 19, 2026. magic competed with their coach standing in for Andrey ‘AW’ Anisimov.

The series opened on Ancient. magic won both pistol rounds on the map, but MIBR pulled ahead during the mid rounds and closed Ancient 13-8. Felipe ‘insani’ Yuji produced a strong performance for MIBR across the map.

Mirage went to magic. Abdurakhim ‘mo0N’ Issa recorded 17 kills on the CT side and helped magic take a narrow 13-11 win to force a decider.

MIBR regained control on Inferno, winning 13-8 despite magic again taking both pistol rounds. The Brazilian side sealed the series 2-1. Tomas ‘tomaszin’ Corna featured in MIBR’s lineup across the match.

The loss eliminated magic from the event and reduced the team’s VRS points total. magic are scheduled to play at the 1win Private Club LAN starting Sept. 25. MIBR advance to a lower-bracket semi-final and will face the loser of the Aurora vs. NRG match.
