FL1T: Jame’s tactics sharpen with younger PARIVISION roster

Reunited at PARIVISION, Evgenii “FL1T” Lebedev described changes in captain Dzhami “Jame” Ali’s approach after the team added three younger players. The comments came ahead of PARIVISION’s appearance at FISSURE Playground 3.

FL1T said Jame’s tactical plans are more developed than when they played together at Virtus.pro. He described the captain as refreshed and more directive with less-experienced teammates, and added that Jame’s ideas now come with greater detail and structure.

The PARIVISION squad pairs FL1T with Jame and Dastan “dastan” Akbayev alongside three younger players. FL1T outlined a change in his own role, noting he now spends more time supporting team play and guiding the young players rather than focusing only on individual performance.

“My job is still to get kills,” FL1T explained, “but I also help with mid-round and end-of-round decisions and work directly with the young players.” He described a greater emphasis on coordination and in-match guidance.

FL1T addressed his recent spell on the bench and how it affected his return. He kept up mechanical practice while out of the active lineup but lost some immediacy with the round meta and initial in-game communication felt harder.

“When you are not playing competitively, you fall out of the meta a bit,” FL1T noted. “You no longer know all the rounds in as much detail.” He added that match play felt comfortable once he rejoined the active roster.

He called the bench period productive for personal development, saying he used the time to reflect and reach new conclusions about his game. FL1T declined to detail the adjustments, saying he will reveal changes if results confirm them.

PARIVISION’s current roster reunites FL1T with two former Virtus.pro teammates while integrating younger talent. The team will test its updated leadership structure and FL1T’s adjustments at FISSURE Playground 3, where they face TYLOO on August 9, 2026.
