Betclic down to two active players after hades exit
Betclic now lists only two active players after AWPer Olek ‘hades’ Miskiewicz left and Adrian ‘Dr3nquu’ Wrześniewski was moved to the bench.
Polish organisation Betclic has reduced its active roster to two players following the departure of AWPer Olek ‘hades’ Miskiewicz and the benching of Adrian ‘Dr3nquu’ Wrześniewski. The club lists Patryk ‘Demho’ Tomaszewski and Wojciech ‘Prism’ Zięba as the only active competitors and Jędrzej ‘Bogdan’ Rokita as coach; Dr3nquu remains on the roster but is not in the active lineup.
Hades left the team after six months. He and Dr3nquu joined Betclic at the start of the year and were part of the squad that won the Parken Challenger Championship Season 2 in March.
The 26-year-old AWPer averaged a 1.04 rating during his time with Betclic. The signing had attracted attention when it was announced earlier in the season.
Betclic released Bartosz ‘eskyy’ Tomaszewski last month, ahead of the team’s final event of the season, Super DraculaN Season 1. The organisation also parted ways with coach Piotr ‘nawrot’ Nawrocki earlier this week; Nawrot had been on staff since April.
At a Romanian LAN event where Konrad ‘Qlocuu’ Klocek stood in for KOLESIE, Betclic finished in seventh-eighth place. The team recorded wins over OG and EAC and losses to Echo and INFINITE. Those results followed the recent roster changes and took place while Dr3nquu was still listed as a squad member prior to his benching.
No official statements from Betclic or the affected players accompanied the roster updates.
