Aurora Wins First MPL Philippines Title as Peak Audience Falls
Aurora won its first MPL Philippines title as Season 18 recorded an 11.8% decline in peak audience from the previous season.
MPL Philippines Season 18 ended with Aurora winning its first league title in the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League Philippines.
The championship was Aurora’s first in the Philippines’ top-level MLBB competition.
Despite Aurora’s title win, Season 18 recorded a lower peak audience than Season 17. The 11.8% decline refers to the highest number of viewers watching at the same time, not the tournament’s total viewership across all matches.
MPL Philippines is the professional league for Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, a multiplayer online battle arena game developed by Moonton. Teams compete in a regular season and playoffs before the champion is decided.
