Valve hikes Steam Deck OLED prices, some up $300

The changes apply to the OLED-equipped versions of the handheld and were made on Valve’s own sales channels. Some configurations saw larger increases while others had smaller or no change. The updated prices come directly from Valve rather than third-party retailers.

1TB OLE increased from $649 to $949 (+$300), while 512GB OLED rose from $549 to $789 (+$240).

The higher retail prices widen the gap between entry-level and higher-capacity OLED units, which affects shoppers comparing models. Availability and shipping timelines remain tied to Valve’s sales channels and regional stock levels, and local taxes and shipping can change the final purchase price by region.
