Tricked Stay Intact After Legendary Gaming Group Folds

Tricked confirmed the roster will remain intact as the team looks for a new organization following the collapse of Legendary Gaming Group, which was co-founded by Lars Bendtner, Morten “Phy” Jensen and Atle Stehouwer. The announcement preserves the lineup that won POWER Ligaen Season 31.

Legendary Gaming Group was created to maintain the Tricked brand in Counter-Strike and helped finance events including the Parken Challenger Championship. A related company operated by Atle Stehouwer, New Breed Agency, has begun filing for bankruptcy and canceled all future tournaments, prompting the organizational shutdown.

Coach Allan “Rejin” Petersen wrote on X that the recent period has been turbulent but the squad remains united and optimistic. “We have a big LAN coming up and are determined to use it as a chance to prove that we belong among the best,” he added, and noted the team is actively seeking a new organization to sign the roster.

Tricked is ranked around 50th on the VRS LAN circuit. Recent results include a top-four finish at Urban Riga Open Season 4 and a top-eight finish at BC Gaming Masters Championship Season 1, with wins over teams such as Passion UA and HEROIC.

The current lineup is Oliver “IceBerg” Berg, Jason “salazar” Salazar, Jamie “leakz” Bugge West Jensen, Jonas “Boye” Boye Østergaard and Nicky “NickyB” Bruhn, with Petersen as coach. The team plans to use its upcoming LAN appearance to showcase results to potential partners and prospective organizations.

Organizers and investors connected to the Parken Challenger and associated companies have not announced a timeline for resolving outstanding financial matters. Tricked’s public statements emphasize maintaining competitive continuity and finding new backing ahead of further VRS events and the run-up to the Major.
