TOBIZ returns to MOUZ as head of talent development

Tobias “TOBIZ” Theo has returned to MOUZ as head of talent development, where he will scout players and mentor prospects in the organization’s academy system.

MOUZ has rehired former MOUZ NXT coach Tobias “TOBIZ” Theo as head of talent development. He will oversee player scouting and mentor young players in the organization’s academy system.

TOBIZ will work with MOUZ’s existing talent program to identify prospects and support their development. The organization said he will help strengthen its academy structure and connection to the main team.

The Danish coach previously worked for MOUZ from 2022 through 2025 as a coach for MOUZ NXT. He left in 2025 to become head coach of HEROIC, where he oversaw several squad rebuilds. Each version of the team returned to the top 20 of the VRS during his tenure.

HEROIC won DraculaN Season 5, finished second at the CCT Global Finals 2026 and reached the semifinals at CAC 2025 while TOBIZ was head coach. The team also attended the IEM Cologne Major during that period.

“I’m super happy to be back home again,” TOBIZ said in a statement. “Working in a new role as head of talent development, where I get to help and grow the next generation of players, excites me a lot. The amount of effort MOUZ is putting into talent development is on another level and I am grateful to play my part in it.”

MOUZ NXT has won multiple WePlay Academy League titles and other online competitions in the second and third tiers of Counter-Strike. The program has also promoted players to MOUZ’s main roster.

Current MOUZ players Ádám “torzsi” Torzsás, Dorian “xertioN” Berman, Adrian “xelex” Vincze and Oldřich “PR” Nový have spent time in the academy system. Former MOUZ NXT players Jimi “Jimpphat” Salo, Kamil “siuhy” Szkaradek, Ryan “Neityu” Aubry and Georgi “Jorko” Mitev have also continued their careers in professional Counter-Strike.
