Team Vitality names Blacklyte official gaming chair partner
Blacklyte will supply ergonomic chairs and desks to Team Vitality’s rosters and facilities and co-design a co-branded chair and desk line due in H2 2026.
Team Vitality has named Blacklyte its official gaming chair partner. Under the agreement, Blacklyte will supply ergonomic chairs and desks to the organisation’s rosters and physical facilities and will co-design a co-branded chair and desk line scheduled for release in the second half of 2026.
Blacklyte equipment will be integrated into daily setups for Team Vitality’s Counter-Strike 2, VALORANT, Rocket League, League of Legends (LEC and LFL), Tekken 8, Teamfight Tactics and Age of Empires II teams. The rollout will cover the club’s headquarters and training sites, including V.Hive in Paris, the performance center at the Stade de France and dedicated facilities in Berlin. Team Vitality said the partnership aims to create consistent ergonomic environments for players, content creators and staff to support practice routines.
The agreement does not include facilities and rosters tied to Team Vitality’s Southeast Asia arrangements. Jakarta locations and teams related to the acquisition of mobile-first organisation Bigetron Esports, and the partnership with Team Havok in Fortnite, are excluded.
Vas Roberts, Co-CEO of Team Vitality, welcomed Blacklyte to the partner roster and called the collaboration part of the organisation’s effort to raise standards in performance and innovation:
We are very happy to collaborate with Blacklyte and welcome them to Team Vitality’s partner family. This partnership reflects our ambition to keep raising our standards in both performance and innovation. Together, we are building environments that enable our players to fully express their potential at the highest level.
Blacklyte CEO Alex Liu described the company’s products as focused on redefining performance equipment in esports and called the deal ‘a natural step to continue that mission.’
Blacklyte has previously worked with teams including Team Liquid and supplied desks and chairs at major events, including BLAST and StarLadder CS2 Majors in 2025, and served as desk and chair sponsor at the Six Invitational in Paris in early 2026. Financial terms of the new agreement were not disclosed.
The co-branded product launch in H2 2026 will include both chairs and desks developed jointly by Team Vitality and Blacklyte, with development centered on the needs of professional players and intensive practice schedules. Gaming hardware brands have pursued long-term visibility with teams and events through similar partnerships in recent years.
