Team Falcons names Chevrolet lead partner for EWC 2026
Team Falcons has named Chevrolet its primary partner ahead of the Esports World Cup 2026 in Paris, replacing regional sponsors as the Saudi organisation prepares to defend its title.
Team Falcons signed Chevrolet as its primary commercial partner ahead of the Esports World Cup 2026 in Paris. Team Falcons announced the agreement and named Chevrolet the club’s lead partner for the tournament and season.
The partnership replaces regional sponsors and follows the end of a two-year sponsorship with Saudi coffee chain Barn’s. The announcement came days after Team Falcons concluded the Barn’s cycle and followed the organisation’s victory at the IEM Cologne Major 2026.
With the Esports World Cup moving from Riyadh to Paris, Chevrolet will provide a global platform for Team Falcons. The club plans promotional activity and sponsor activation during the multi-game event; a branded promotional video accompanied the announcement.
The deal replaces a portfolio of local and regional partners with a single global non-endemic sponsor. Team Falcons did not disclose financial terms of the agreement.
Automotive companies expanded their presence in esports in 2026. Notable examples include Lamborghini’s collaboration with DreamHack, OMODA’s integration with VALORANT programmes in EMEA, BYD’s partnerships within League of Legends in China, and Suzuki securing a presence at the Evolution Championship Series.
Team Falcons will compete at the 2026 Esports World Cup aiming to defend its EWC title and pursue a third consecutive overall championship. The Chevrolet partnership takes effect for the 2026 season.
