HOTU, the event’s second-highest VRS-ranked team on entry, lost to G2 Ares and EAC in Group A and failed to advance. Metizport were beaten by fnatic and Johnny Speeds in Group D and finished outside the top eight.
Quarterfinal matchups are Liquid vs 9INE, G2 Ares vs Johnny Speeds, Acend vs Betclic, and fnatic vs EAC. Liquid topped their group after a default win over atputies and a narrow victory against Betclic. Betclic will compete with Sebastian ‘fr3nd’ Kuśmierz as a stand-in.
Julius ‘Junyme’ Meyhoff posted a 1.66 rating during the group stage for G2 Ares. The winners of the quarterfinal matches will advance to the semifinal round.
Quarterfinals are scheduled for April 8, 2026. G2 Ares meet Johnny Speeds at 08:00, Acend face Betclic at 11:00, Liquid play 9INE at 14:00, and fnatic take on EAC at 17:00.
