Sharks’ CS team to compete as DENDELE after partnership
Sharks’ Counter-Strike roster will play as DENDELE after a partnership with the Kings League side; they debut at BLAST Bounty vs FURIA on 24 July 2026.
Sharks’ Counter-Strike squad will compete under the DENDELE name following a partnership announced by the two organisations. The team’s first match as DENDELE is scheduled at BLAST Bounty 2026 Season 2 on 24 July, when it faces Brazilian side FURIA at 16:30 local time.
The organisations will update their social media profiles to reflect the name change. The roster listed for DENDELE includes Victor “gafolo” Andrade, João “koala” Pfeffer, Máximo “maxxkor” Cortina, Daniel “rdnzao” Monteiro and Danilo “doc” Barros, with Hélder “coachi” Sancho serving as coach.
That core lineup competed at the IEM Cologne Major while representing Sharks, exiting Stage 1 with a 1-3 record. The team has also secured qualification for BLAST Open Porto, scheduled to begin at the end of August.
DENDELE competes in the Kings League, a seven-a-side football competition launched in 2022 by former Barcelona defender Gerard Piqué. The partnership links the Kings League team identity to an established professional Counter-Strike roster ahead of international events.
Neither organisation released comments at the time of the announcement. The BLAST Bounty match on 24 July and the subsequent BLAST Open Porto appearance will be the squad’s first competitive outings under the DENDELE name.
