Runestone joins Raidiant for Overwatch Calling All Heroes

Runestone will supply data and fan-engagement tools for Raidiant’s gender-inclusive Overwatch circuit Calling All Heroes and serve as an official partner for Aug–Sep 2026 stages.

Runestone has partnered with production agency Raidiant to provide data and audience-engagement tools for the gender-inclusive Overwatch tournament circuit Calling All Heroes. The agreement names Runestone an Official Partner of Raidiant and an Official Associate Partner for CAH stages scheduled in August and September 2026.

The 2026 Calling All Heroes circuit begins in July and will use a three-phase format that starts with an open Swiss regular season and moves to an eight-team playoff stage. Live coverage of the tournament stages and the multi-weekend Calling All Heroes Raidiant Series 2026 Championship will be streamed on official Overwatch Esports and Raidiant channels. The championship carries a $40,000 total prize pool.

Under the partnership, Runestone will integrate its data and fan-engagement tools into live broadcasts and production workflows. The technology will provide match analytics and on-screen visualisations for use during coverage and to help activate the event audience.

Heather Mumm, founder of Raidiant and executive producer of Calling All Heroes, noted that incorporating Runestone’s data and analytics infrastructure will give the production team advanced methods to better understand and engage their fanbase. Michael Schwartz, head of partnerships at Runestone, added that entering the Overwatch competitive scene through an inclusivity-focused circuit aligns with the firm’s operational values and will help provide technical support and visibility for competing players.

Calling All Heroes launched in September 2022 with official backing from Blizzard and is positioned as a competitive equity platform for underrepresented communities within Overwatch. The 2025 circuit reached a peak of about 62,000 concurrent viewers and attracted sponsors such as jewelry brand Pura Vida.

The Runestone agreement follows a recent period of expansion for the company across tier-one and mobile esports. A day before the Raidiant announcement, Runestone was named the data and integrity partner for the Counter-Strike 2 FiReMAJOR Buenos Aires 2027. The firm also holds a dataset partnership with PGL covering Counter-Strike and Dota 2 circuits through 2029 and has partnered with SURGE and NODWIN Gaming for Mobile Legends: Bang Bang development in Europe and the Americas in 2026.

Organisers say Runestone’s tools will be used across live production for CAH stages in August and September and during the championship weekends, with the stated aim of increasing visibility for competitors and improving broadcast storytelling through match data and engagement features.
