Runestone named data and integrity partner for Buenos Aires Major

Runestone will serve as the Official Data and Integrity Partner for FiReSPORTS at the FiReMAJOR Buenos Aires 2027, the first Counter-Strike 2 Major to be held in Argentina. The company will deliver server-side, low-latency data to broadcasters and run live integrity monitoring for match oversight and broadcasts.

Under the contract, Runestone will stream in-game information from tournament servers directly to broadcast partners to power on-screen graphics, overlays and rapid analytics. The integrity systems will monitor match statistics in real time to detect statistical anomalies and support officials tasked with protecting contest integrity.

Rodrigo Figueroa Reyes, founder and CEO of FiReSPORTS, described bringing the first CS2 Major to Buenos Aires as “an important moment for our region, for the Argentine esports scene and for FiReSPORTS.” Shane Clarke, Runestone’s managing director, added that supporting FiReSPORTS with data and integrity infrastructure for a Major in a new region is a project the company is “genuinely excited about.”

The agreement follows Runestone’s recent work on other top-level events. The firm provided data services for the Counter-Strike 2 Budapest Major 2025 in partnership with StarLadder, secured a dataset agreement with PGL covering its Counter-Strike circuit through 2029, and extended a four-year data agreement covering Dota 2 events.

Runestone has also expanded regional operations in the Global South. The company partnered with NODWIN Gaming to integrate live broadcast assets and integrity systems into the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Championship Tour AMER 2026 and served as Title Partner for the Global Esports Industry Week 2026 in Cologne.

The FiReMAJOR deal continues Runestone’s recent expansion in tier-one tactical and mobile esports and its work supplying live data feeds together with integrity monitoring to support broadcasters, event organisers and match oversight at major tournaments.
