RRQ Hoshi peaks at 2M viewers during MPL Indonesia S17 game
RRQ Hoshi drew over 2 million concurrent viewers during a Week 4 MPL Indonesia Season 17 series against Bigetron, despite opening the season with seven straight losses.
RRQ Hoshi drew more than 2,000,000 concurrent viewers during its Week 4 Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League Indonesia Season 17 series against Bigetron by Vitality, even though the team began the season with seven straight losses. The season began on March 27.
RRQ won the opening game of the Bigetron series in about 15 minutes. Viewership rose again during the second game as the teams contested control; broadcasters recorded a peak of over 2,000,000 concurrent viewers during that sequence. Bigetron by Vitality tied the series with a 25-minute second game and won the deciding match to take the series 2-1.
RRQ’s other Week 4 match, against EVOS, reached a peak of 1.78 million viewers. Through seven matches in Season 17, RRQ remains without a win. The organization finished seventh in MPL Indonesia Season 16 and adjusted its roster ahead of the 2026 season.
As of Week 4, all five of the season’s top five matches featured RRQ Hoshi. The organization led teams with just under 1,000,000 average viewers for the season; ONIC Esports trailed by roughly 180,000 average viewers. Broadcaster data show that RRQ’s matches continue to draw large audiences despite the team’s current winless record.
