NIP Group avoids Nasdaq delisting after ADS ratio adjustment

Nasdaq confirmed on July 21, 2026 that NIP Group’s ADSs met the $1.00 minimum for 10 consecutive business days after the company adjusted its ADS ratio.

NIP Group regained compliance with Nasdaq’s minimum bid price requirement after adjusting the ratio of its American depositary shares. Nasdaq’s Listing Qualifications Department confirmed on July 21, 2026 that the company’s ADSs closed at or above $1.00 for 10 consecutive business days.

Nasdaq notified NIP Group on March 24, 2026 that its ADSs had traded below $1.00 for 32 consecutive business days, triggering a notice under Listing Rule 5450(a)(1). The exchange gives companies 180 calendar days to cure such deficiencies before delisting proceedings can begin.

To meet the cure period, NIP Group adjusted its ADS ratio effective July 6, 2026. After the change, the ADSs closed at or above $1.00 each business day from July 7 through July 21, 2026. Nasdaq sent written confirmation on July 21 that the company satisfied the minimum bid price condition, and NIP Group announced the outcome publicly on July 24.

American depositary shares let U.S. investors trade foreign companies by representing a set number of underlying shares. Changing the ADS ratio raises the per-ADS trading price without altering the company’s underlying market value.

As of publication, NIP Group’s ADSs were trading at $12.07. GameSquare Holdings, the parent of FaZe Clan, has traded below Nasdaq’s $1.00 threshold for an extended period and has scheduled a Special Meeting of Stockholders on August 13, 2026 to seek shareholder approval for a reverse stock split.
