Nemiga benches captain 1eeR, trials ex-Spirit prospect robo

Nemiga removed captain Aliaksandr ‘1eeR’ Nahorny from the starting lineup and installed Nikita ‘robo’ Dushin as captain on a trial basis. It is the second time this year 1eeR has been benched.

Coach Anton ‘boX’ Burko wrote that ‘1eeR once again led the team during a challenging time, performed reliably, and gave it his all, probably even exceeding 100%,’ and added that ‘as in any other sport, there comes a time when it’s necessary to try new approaches and fundamentally change the structure of the game.’

The initial benching took place in January after Nemiga signed Aleksandr ‘KaiR0N-‘ Anashkin and Daniel ‘syph0’ Ageyev and placed 1eeR on the transfer list. The organization reinstated him in February, saying that adapting a new captain to the team’s structure would have required more time than was available.

After 1eeR returned, Nemiga won several online events, including ECL Season 51 Europe Cup 2, BC Game Masters Season 1, and CCT Europe Series 1, and reached a peak VRS global ranking of 29.

Nikita ‘robo’ Dushin, 20, joins from Spirit’s academy and a recent stint with ex-RUBY. With ex-RUBY he contributed to a runner-up finish in CCT Europe Series 4, recording wins over Gentle Mates and Virtus.pro.

Nemiga will field Maksim ‘sowalio’ Beketov, Aleksandr ‘KaiR0N-‘ Anashkin, Beksultan ‘khaN’ Ospan, Daniel ‘syph0’ Ageyev and Nikita ‘robo’ Dushin (trial), with coach boX on the bench for their BLAST Bounty Season 2 match on July 21, 2026.

The club did not provide a timetable for the trial or further roster and contract details. The organization described the change as an operational decision to test different leadership and tactical setups.
