MSI Main Stage bracket set after T1 sweeps Play-Ins

T1 completed the MSI Play-In stage with a 3-0 record and advanced to the Main Stage. Riot Games released the opening bracket and schedule for the Main Stage on the tournament broadcast.

First-round matches are Hanwha Life Esports versus Team Secret Whales, G2 Esports versus Top Esports, Lyon versus Furia and Bilibili Gaming versus T1. The matches are set across July 3 and 4 with start times listed in Korea Standard Time.

On July 3 at 12:00 p.m. KST Hanwha Life will face Team Secret Whales. Later that day at 5:00 p.m. KST G2 Esports meets Top Esports. On July 4 at 12:00 p.m. KST Lyon plays Furia, and at 5:00 p.m. KST Bilibili Gaming plays T1.

Riot’s broadcast presented pairings that largely match first seeds against second seeds where possible. Bilibili Gaming, the LPL top seed, drew the play-in qualifier for the first round.

The Main Stage uses a double-elimination format. Teams that lose in the upper bracket move to the lower bracket for another chance to advance; winners in the upper bracket progress toward the later rounds.

The BLG–T1 match repeats a meeting from the 2024 World Finals. Ahead of the Main Stage, Bilibili Gaming top laner Bin described T1 top laner Doran as “bad” on Chinese social platforms, a comment referenced during tournament coverage.

Riot also flagged additional event content, including a planned reveal tied to T1’s Riftbound partnership at the MSI Finals. Organizers will update the bracket and schedule as Main Stage results are posted.
