Method joins Ready on Visa card supporting its community
Method is the first partner in Ready’s Community Finance programme, which links a Visa card to support for the MMORPG esports organisation through eligible spending.
London-based MMORPG esports organisation Method is the first community partner in Ready’s Community Finance programme. The financial app has introduced the Method x Ready Visa Card, which directs part of eligible transaction fees to Method at no extra cost to cardholders.
The card can be used for everyday purchases, including groceries, coffee and games. Each transaction also earns points that can be exchanged for Method-related rewards.
Rewards include World of Warcraft: Race to World First merchandise and posters, discounts on Method products and digital items. The programme also lists gaming sessions and coaching with Method raiders, gameplay reviews by Method players and the chance to have a user’s name shown during a Race to World First broadcast.
Other listed rewards include signed merchandise, meetings with players and creators, guild invitations, limited item drops, match tickets, player sessions and access to selected events.
Users can apply through the Method x Ready signup page, download the Ready app and select a community to support. Method is currently the only available community. Ready plans to add other partners. Once selected, the community receives support automatically through eligible spending.
The card is available to people aged 18 and older, subject to country-specific restrictions. It is not currently offered in Europe or the United Kingdom. The official announcements do not provide a complete list of eligible countries.
Ready will receive prominent branding across Method’s digital content and will appear at the organisation’s in-person events, watch parties and related activities.
Method partnered with menswear brand BadRhino in August 2026 and named US hardware company Glorious its official peripheral partner in September 2026. The BadRhino deal was the company’s first partnership in competitive gaming.
