LOUD reportedly set to retain tkzin for 2027 VCT season
LOUD has reportedly reached a verbal agreement with Enzo “tkzin” Zimiani to keep the VALORANT duelist for the 2027 VCT season, days after announcing his farewell.
LOUD has reportedly reached a verbal agreement with Enzo “tkzin” Zimiani to retain the VALORANT player for the 2027 VCT season, despite publishing a farewell message for him on Thursday, Nov. 5.
The agreement has not been signed, and LOUD has not announced a new contract. The duelist reportedly chose to remain with LOUD after receiving offers from MIBR and KRÜ Esports.
LOUD’s farewell message thanked tkzin for helping the team win VALORANT Champions Shanghai 2026 and appeared to confirm his departure. “Today, we say goodbye to a chapter that will always have a place in our history. Thank you for everything, and see you soon!” the organization wrote in Portuguese.
The message led to speculation that the farewell was part of a planned prank intended to surprise fans with an announcement that tkzin would stay. The player replied by thanking LOUD for his time with the team. LOUD has declined to comment on the negotiations.
tkzin joined LOUD on loan from KRÜ Esports during the second half of 2026. In just over three months with the Brazilian organization, he helped the team finish second at VCT Americas Stage 2 before winning Champions Shanghai 2026. The title was LOUD’s second VALORANT world championship.
His contractual status remains disputed. Riot Games reportedly considered tkzin free to negotiate with other teams after an issue involving his contract with KRÜ. KRÜ disputes that interpretation and maintains that the player is under contract through the end of 2027. The Argentine organization has offered to retain tkzin and has not ruled out seeking financial compensation through legal action.
tkzin’s reported agreement comes as LOUD prepares to rebuild much of its championship roster. David “DaviH” Cruz is expected to remain with the organization, while Lucca “lukxo” Travaioli has publicly confirmed his departure.
Roberto “erde” Lobos, the MVP of Champions Shanghai 2026, and lukxo have reportedly reached verbal agreements with Leviatán. The teams have also reportedly agreed on the terms of their transfers. Sebastián “Darker” Castro Cicuamia is expected to leave LOUD for KRÜ Esports after his contract expired on Nov. 2.
DaviH remains under contract with LOUD through the end of 2027. The organization has also reportedly arranged a two-year extension for head coach Gonzalo “Romanilly” Manzano, while Miguel “Bati” Batista is expected to remain on the coaching staff.
If the reported agreements are completed, tkzin and DaviH will be the only players remaining from LOUD’s Champions-winning lineup. The organization would then need to fill three positions for VCT Americas 2027.
