Logitech G, Sven sign on for Games of the Future 2026

Phygital International confirmed Logitech G and Sven as official partners for the Games of the Future 2026. Logitech G will supply products as prizes for top competitors and most valuable players. Sven will provide audio equipment and sound systems for athletes, event officials and spectators during the competition, which runs 29 July-9 August.

The Games of the Future is built around a “phygital sport” format in which athletes compete in a digital version of a game and a corresponding physical activity. Organisers set the prize pool at more than $4 million. The event is part of the Esports World Cup programme.

Organisers have named other partners for the Esports World Cup. Alibaba Cloud was announced earlier as the official cloud technology partner. Several financial and infrastructure companies from Kazakhstan have also been listed as supporters. An executive gathering called Esports Leaders will take place at the 5-star Hôtel du Collectionneur during the closing days of the Esports World Cup.

Phygital International recently appointed Dan Merkley, who has worked on multiple Olympic Games organising committees, as chief executive officer. David Feng, formerly head of Olympic hospitality, protocol and stakeholder service at the International Olympic Committee, was named interim chairman of the World Phygital Community, the body that oversees phygital sport.
