Legacy has released in-game leader Lucas “lux” Meneghini from its active roster. The 24-year-old captained Legacy to the CS Asia Championships title in 2025 and was moved to the bench in February when Andrei “arT” Piovezan took over in-game leadership duties.
Sources indicate Meneghini is expected to join Luminosity as that organization pursues a new roster. Luminosity is reported to be negotiating to sign four players from Monte and aims to build an international lineup anchored by a Brazilian captain. No formal announcements have been made by the parties involved.
Legacy confirmed the departure but has not named a permanent replacement in the active lineup. The team will need to confirm its roster and leadership ahead of upcoming events.
Luminosity previously fielded the Gabriel “FalleN” Toledo-led squad that won the MLG Columbus Major in 2016, giving the organization a history of working with Brazilian Counter-Strike players.
